30 Vincent SterlandI could cope with he capped limit, but thats not the point, its the slower speed I'm getting and the promise of a free upgrade to 24mb which we are not getting.Also NJP package is 16.95gbp I'm paying 20gbp.

33 JEAN BENTLEYI placed an order in September 2007. Received the hardware but have never been connected to Redten Broadband. Obtained at least 3 MAC's but to no avail. Redten have just not fulfilled that part of my order. Clode have taken 6 DD Payments in respect of non existant connection.

45 Denise ConroyI have also tried calling Redten continously over the last month and when I phoned NJP Services was assured all this would be sorted once I was successfully changed over but they never mentioned I was only allowed 15gb limit. I'm disgusted with their treatment and refusal to answer my e-mails for my MAC code I just don't know what to do next.
46 AnonymousRedTen have failed on all fronts as a business, if I ran my small business as they do I too would go bankrupt!! RedTen have been cheeky enough to try to take their monthly subscription from my bank account, five weeks after no service!! The only correspondence I received was a letter asking me to set up the direct debit system again…after I finished laughing I finished with RedTen for good.
