Hi Folks, RedTen are an ISP provider who offered the incentive of a \"free pc\" if you signed up to 3 years of their \"unlimited broadband\". We have recently been moved to another backbone provider (the people who provide the broadband to RedTen) which according to BT Wholesale, the previous provider was due to RedTen not paying their bills or ceasing to trade. This left us without internet access for 10 days and while it has gradually gone up we are capped at a 15gb limit with many customers recieving heavily reduced speeds which is not what was signed up for (and suprisingly what is still advertised on their website) and goes against their Fair usage policy. Attempts to contact RedTen regarding this and get an official response as to what is happening and how this matter will be resolved have failed with many customers stating that they have ran up hefty phonebills and sent recorded mail to the companies address only to have the phone hung up on them and letters returned. ALL WE WANT IS THE SERVICE WE SIGNED UP FOR AND SOME OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THIS CURRENT WALL OF SILENCE.
