| 104 | Sheryl Moore | This is a no-brainer. Grant the new trial. |
| 105 | Paul Ames | The state case against Darlie is a pile of BS and guess work. DNA testing is essential to produce some sense. I think there is a very good chance Darlie is innocent. |

| 110 | Joanne Royston | Please give Darlie Routier a new trial. |
| 111 | Sherry Coombes | I have read repeated reports of this case, and have always believed that Darlie Routier received an unfair trial. The evidence strongly suggests that she is innocent. |
| 112 | Chris Hartman | |
| 113 | Lisa A. Mosley | I fully support this petition and the belief in Darlie Lynn's innocence. |
| 114 | Kerry Cobb | As a disabled vet who has risked his life for this country, I think that the new evidence should be reviewed and tested...to not grant would be a travesty of justice and a slap in the face to what america stands for. |

| 116 | Audrey Fitzgibbon | Please, please, please do NOT KILL ANYMORE. YOU personally have too much blood on your hands already. Stop the executions. Do the right thing, give this woman a fair trial, test the DNA, by not doing so, you are blocking your ears. thank you. |

| 119 | Eric Macarthur | How manny deaths will it take till they know that too many people have died.
Give Darlie a chance to prove her innocence. |
| 120 | Verneeda Alvarez | It puzzles me that all this injust mishandling of evidence was not presented and a quick judgement was rendered on Darlie Lynn Routier. I doubt seriously that Darlie is guilty, and that she inflicted herself to the point of death. Wouldn't she went all the way on the matter of slashing her own
throat. I think this case was done for the easy way
out and that the Susan Smith case added hype not
fact to Darlie Lynn Routier's case. The evidence needs to worked on so that Darlie Lynn Routier is
given her freedom back. I can imagine that this is
all a nightmare to her. |
| 121 | Patsy Fields | |
| 122 | Narelle Rigney | She should be given the chance to present and test ALL evidence. In this year of 2008 Justice is something we all deserve. How can anyone with a conscience not allow this tp happen |

| 130 | Terttu Kirjavainen | The case must be re-opened and Darlie Lynn must have a fair trial. |
| 131 | Genie Ramirez | Please at least give this woman a chance to vindicate herself as you have the other 17 innocent men who have spent alot of years in a Texas Prison, anyone other than Darlie could have done this horrendous crime, please do DNA on the samples and reconsider her appeal! |
| 132 | Leena Minns | |
| 133 | Duane Challingsworth | my heart felt sympothy goes out to Darlene and her family i hope she is found a new trial and found innocent |

| 142 | David Kenneth Kirkpatrick | Darlie’s throat was slashed to within 2 millimeters of her carotid artery which is 1/17th of an inch for the metrically challenged. That literally gives Darlie no chance of being guilty since if she staged the murder, as the prosecution claimed at trial, she would have had to stab herself within 1/17th of an inch of her carotid artery either just before running the sock out over 75 yards and back without leaving one drop of blood or just after running that over 150 yard sprint breathing very heavily. Darlie had less than 75 seconds to perform this feat based on the maximum time that Damon could have died from the attack. Of course, Lisa Smith in the DA’s office has now come up with an alternate fairytale where Darlie had an accomplice, because of the unexplained bloody fingerprints and likely DNA that does not match anyone but an intruder. Because this man was an “accomplice,” Lisa Smith is arguing on appeal, conducting DMA tests to bring this “accomplice” to justice should not be performed. As bad as all of this is, I have personally witnessed the judge conducting the hearings in Dallas tamper with one of the court reporters who committed perjury regarding the final court transcript of Darlie’s trial. The DA and judge are terrified of the prospects of a retrial. This case is a total outrage since Darlie is actually a victim of an attempted triple murder! |
| 143 | CASSIE MAHRER | There is no harm in re-opening this trail to make certain that an innocent women does not die because of the incompatence of those who are supposed to protect us. |
| 144 | CAMERON HALL | This so crazy it sounds un-real!!! |

| 148 | Sharon Zink | Please grant her a new trial to prove her innocence.
This is a grave injustice to save face for the Rowlett
police department. Our criminal justice system has
been sorely abused here as well as Darlie. |
