The only question here is why the courts would not allow the testing. The court has nothing to loose if the testing does not show any new evidence. But is the court afraid it will show new evidence? The next question is why would the court be afaid of new evidence? |

The death penalty should not be carried out where reasonable doubt exists. In addition to violating treasured rights, it weakens the credibility of the state and makes the punishment ineffective. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. |
