The petition

For those that have an open case with DYFS of Somerset County, New Jersey and would like to close the case. If you believe that your family has been wrongly accused of Neglect, Abuse etc. Please feel free to sign this petition, I would like to mention that the following case worker has been very rude and never responded to my calls:

ROBERT MARTINEZ; he has left a very bad message on my voice mail and I am hoping that he does not falsify the records. I need your help to end this case by signing here. This petition is to close the case once and for all. I am not an abusive parent, dont drink, smoke or do drugs. Always taking good care of my son and new born.
