| 226 | David Williams | If you are riding northbound on PCH, there is a similar issue. However, there you are going downhill, and can ride with the traffic. Southbound is a real problem because you're riding uphill, and cannot ride with or merge into traffic. |

An oleander stick entered deep into his face but luckily missed his eye socket. He crashed because a car entering the dangerous merge area caused him to swerve suddenly. |
