Tell the Democratic Party of Illinois What You Think
Wednesday, August 17th, 2005, is the Governor’s Day Rally at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield. On that day, DFA (Democracy for America) meetup members from all over the state will be traveling to Springfield to attend the rally, to hear from our state Democratic leaders, to meet like-minded folks from around the state, and most importantly, to deliver letters to the Democratic Party of Illinois.
We are inviting all Democrats and like-minded folks to write letters to the Illinois Democratic Party to be hand delivered to representatives of the Dem. Party of Illinois by DFI (Democracy for Illinois) members at the Springfield Governor’s Day Rally on August 17th.
1. Letters should answer the question, “What would you like to see the Democratic Party of Illinois accomplish between now and 2006?” We would like to focus on a positive vision of what the Democratic Party of Illinois could be. For some suggestions of what other state parties do, go to:

2. All letters should be addressed to the “Democratic Party of Illinois.” You can use the form below, or mail you letters to one of the following addresses:

IMPORTANT: THEY MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 15 TO BE INCLUDED.
