Since November of 2007 the Northland has been enlightened, educated, and entertained by a very important and very exciting locally-themed podcast titled Danny Does Duluth. As a three year veteran of podcasting, Daniel J Golden has set his sites on his hometown of Duluth, Minnesota and given a point of view of local issues like no other. With over fifty episodes under his belt and popular segments including reviews of local news stories, local celebrity "guests" like the town's mayor and major newscasters it is only natural that next step would be to tackle the area's airwaves. With his fake co-host Ashley, Danny's frustration with Duluth's two major A.M. radio stations' inconsistant weekend schedules has influenced the decision to start this petition. Join the fight and let's get Danny on local weekend radio!
