I was a longtime listener of KZLA Radio in Los Angeles, and was shocked and dismayed when the format changed from country music to popular music. Don't we have enough stations catering to R&B, Hip Hop and Pop? KZLA was the only country station with a strong enough signal for me to tune in. KFRG is a excellent country music station, and I actually preferred it to KZLA, but the signal is extremely weak in my area, so the broadcast fades in and out with a lot of static. We need more country music stations to statisfy the masses of country music fans. |

I'm 21 and was an avid listener to KZLA - at least 2 or 3 hours a day - from the age of 15 when I first discovered the station. I was greatly disheartened when I turned on the radio one day to find no KZLA and absolutely NO explaination on their website. Please, I'm begging you, bring back my music!!!! Until then, I refuse to listen to FM. I have plenty of country music on my iPod to help me out until we get another station. |
