| 1902 | Amelia Vine | I have a daughter who is in the system and I have found there to be little in the way of full support for my daughters needs,. Camps, and the time she is away is very limited. Accessing local programs is very limited and especially for children like Ashleigh in a wheelchair. We need more not less!! |

| 1908 | Cherilynne Simard | It is an appalling move on the part of the govt. of B.C.to depart from the origional vision, of BCACL for seamless services, lifelong to those most marginalized and their families. Life is hard enough for most of us in this situation. Please don't turn your backs on us; we desperately need the support of govt. Have some heart and compassion!!!
Sincerely, Gerald and Cherilynne Simard, and our dual diagnosed daughter, Tania Melissa 28 years old. |

| 1924 | Inge Clapperton | In support of my dearly loved nephew and his family. Our government should make life easier for them and all others in the same situation, not more difficult. |

| 1930 | Conni Attwell | Common sense dictates that there should be a seamless transition for all people with developmental disabilities and indeed for all people needing Government help. Whatever happened to common sense? |
| 1931 | Kelley Paterson | |
| 1932 | Gwen Hall | As one of the most vulnerable citizens of our communities, I feel that we (the gov't of B.C.) have to properly take care of our mentally handicapped children and adults and to allow their families some 'peace of mind' to know that there will always be a flow of excellent services made available during their loved ones lives. |
| 1933 | Norman G. Schmidt P.Eng. | The changes made which affest us are significantly dramatic where services planned and organized were cut to 6 to 18 percent of what was originally planned treatment.
My sondespiratlely requires treatment to allow him to improve and to decrease the amount of service and support he will need for the remainer of his life.
Not allowing him to recieve this treatment will be denying him from having the small amount of enjoyment he could have had. It would be the same as denying someone with Cancer from getting treatment. |
