Most students are faced with debt because of loans. Tuition has increased by 25% for those students attending a 4-year college or University. A 12% increase for students who attended a 2 year college. Students were unable to pay for college because they still needed $3800 for school. Only 60% is covered in loans and only 40% in grants for a student's education. A new bill can include $1500 more for middle class citizens and $3800 for low income students in aid. A $450 increase in Pell grant for low income students would also help students. I will be sending this petition to congress. |
