| 366 | Robert Krouskoff | Modest reform around the edges is not enough. Justice demands a comprehensive overhaul of the Rockefeller Drug Laws. This has so long been delayed and needs prompt action. |
| 367 | Anonymous | I strongly support this platform, and now is the time to adopt it. There must be many incarcerated people who deserve to get a second chance and start a new life with their beloved ones. Let them get out and let us save money! This will definitely help our country to go through this terrible economic crisis. |

| 380 | Anonymous | There needs to be a change to the system. We need to rehabilitate not just incarcerate and discriminate. If you paid your dues to society you should be able to move on to a more productive and successful life. |

| 400 | Shannon Kilcullen | I think the incarceration term of inmates these days is causing more harm then good for the inmate and the inmates families. Prison today has become more violent inside, which causes good men/women to go bad. I understand that a crime should be punished but when does that punishment end? Why do some get 25 to life where more violent offenders get a slap on the wrist. Why cant criminals just be given a flat bid your time is your time no parole no probation and when you have completed that then you are done. Not to mention the expense it concurs. Does anyone ever think of that? Jail today has become an educational institution. Not only do we pay for an inmate to get a high school diploma, but along the way they are learning how to commit more crimes witout getting caught. It is survival of the fittest and everyday they have to be worried for their lives. What good does locking someone up for years do. Rehabilitation is the right way to go. And when I say rehabilitation I dont mean being locked in a cell by yourself for 23 hours a day. Or for the rest of your life. The only thing that accomplishes is driving someone out of their mind which might I add is also a crime! I understand that if you are on the receiving end of the crime you may veiw my thoughts differently, but I have been on both ends and still feel very strongly about what I have written above. |
