This petition is to help bring a end to a lawsuit against Korean singer Rain(real name Jung Ji-Hoon.) He is being sued over copyright infringement of his stage name "Rain" by a band calling themselves "Rain-beatles experience". To my understanding, the band Rain changed their name from "Reign" to "Rain" and on their website they call themselves "Rain-the beatles experience". World famous Korean singer Rain has never changed his stage name and has be performing with it for years.To the people who don't know, "Bi" means Rain in Korean. The music the band Rain do are not even their own. Korean singer Rain does his own music. Rain/Bi is world famous and this may have something to do with the lawsuit against him. Rain/Bi has performed in the states before. Last year he did a sold out concert in NYC and was planning to do concerts throughout America. Due to the lawsuit the concerts in the states are being postponed.This broke millions of his fans hearts. The band Rain could have sued last year before his world famous status cam.They waited until his status was obtain and want to sue all of a sudden...weird!!If you feel that this lawsuit is for publicity and money SIGN IT!If you think this is worng SIGN IT! If you are a fan of Rain and want him to continue with his success in America SIGN THIS PETITION!!! Most importantly, this petition is to show that Rain/Bi deserves to keep his stage name.
