John Ramey #N-81025 of Pontiac Correctional Center, 700 west Lincoln Street, PO Box 99, Pontiac,Illinois,61764,has filed a petition for "Executive Clemency" with the Honorable Rod R. Blagovich,Govenor of the State of Illinois,USA.
John Ramey received a "Natural-Life-Sentence" for murder by "accountability". John Ramey is innocent and he never caused harm to anybody,nor hurt or killed a human being or take part in any crime
He has no past convictions and has already served 21 years for a crime he didn't commit,which is unjustly and unfair!
