52 Nancy W. MasseyThese situations are heart-wrenching. Until the federal government gets their act together and passes a Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill, people like Ms. Nunez need to be dealt with in a reasonable way. We have encourage undocumented immigrants to come here, and it seems unfair to me to now turn the tables on them. It would be morally wrong to deport Ms. Nunez.
53 Vic BowkerPLEASE make and exception and help this woman.

63 Diane PaulTo tear this family apart or to force two young American citizens to go to El Salvador would be unjust. This mother has apparently not committed any grievous criminal offense--driving without a license does not constitute such an offense in my view. Please do not use my tax dollars for such a cruel and wasteful act. I don't want any part of it.
64 Mary Linden SalterPlease put family values first in this situation and keep this family intact. This woman and children should reside with her husband in the United States. Keeping families intact and family safety should always be a primary consideration for immigration decisions and for the policy makers who effect our immigration laws.

69 Jose GuerreroThe innocence of humanity must not always be judged by political agendas. Please extend your christian love to those that suffer from despairing circumstances and allow Mrs. Nuñez and family to maintain their status quo until more permanent changes to their citizenship in this country can be gained. Thank you

71 Todd R. YarbroughIf we as americans are not going to look out for the interests of american born children then we don't have the right to enforce laws in the first place. This lady will not be flying planes into buildings, she will be caring for her children. Let her stay, by doing this you will be upholding everything I hold dear about america.
72 Carolyn HallIt seems so clear where justice lies here. Please keep Mrs. Nunez safe with her family here in the U.S. Thank you!

74 Jonna LaidlawI work with immigrant and refugee youth. Many are currently facing the challenge of losing a parent. The youth are american born and American throughout yet have lived in immigrant households and now are distraught at the possibility of their parents being deported. This country has used illegal immigrants to sustain its capitalistic society and now it wants to throw them away. I am very opposed to current societal thinking and laws surrounding immigration and deportation of illegal immigrants.

76 AnonymousKeeping families together should prevail, separation of mother from children we know the adverse effect on children. Since she has no criminal record and not dangerous to society or her family let this who play the role GOD has choosen for her and give her the opportunity to stay like every founder of America...The land is for all

78 Summer PolacekTraffic Violations have never labeled white or black americans as criminals. So, someone from another country arrested on a traffic violation does not becomes criminally minded overnight. Please consider this person's case.

82 JUDY B JACOBSDoes the court not have more important lawbreakers to deal with than this poor woman? Yes, we agree she violated the law. But in the interest of justice and of balance, what is to be gained by punishing her, and at what cost to the taxpayers, not to mention the human costs to her family and to our moral standing as a nation?

99 Reyna RiveraThere is no need to deport her. She was driving without a license because the legislation does not allow her to have one. However, the government allows 17 and 18 year old men to join the military and learn to to shoot with guns...etc...Thier moto: kill or be killed.....I guess i know where my taxes are going..
100 Cynthia NagelePlease - do the right thing. This woman deserves a chance and her daughters deserve to have their mother.
