Citrus County Superintendent, Sandra Himmel, is proposing a time change for elementary students from 8am to 9:05am. This proposal is being put forth without her obtaining any input/advice from any parents or parental groups (PTA, School enhancement advisory)and will pose a hardship for working parents.
