CONCERNED CITIZENS AGAINST THE HOSTILE TAKEOVER -- AN ALLIANCE OF PG&E, FARMERS, FAMILIES AND BUSINESSES.

PETITION OPPOSING THE CONDEMNATION AND HOSTILE TAKEOVER OF PG&E'S FACILITIES BY SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT

The petitioners listed below demand that the South San Joaquin Irrigation District abandon its efforts to take over PG&E’s electric grid. A hostile takeover will be expensive, risky and entirely unnecessary.

As concerned citizens who either work or live in the South San Joaquin Irrigation District we respectfully encourage our SSJID Board Members Ralph Roos, Dale Kuil, Nick De Groot, Dave Kamper and Bob Schulz to focus on water delivery, and not get into the electric distribution business.
