Expulsion Circumstances

On Friday, January 21, 2005, an 8th grade student at Canyon Creek Middle School was expelled for bringing a part of a barbecue that schocks like a shocking pen to school. He shocked one person, and then someone else took it, and started shocking people. This second person got suspended for one day. This is injustice. It is the first time the original person had done anything as an offense. He moved to this school this year, and was still trying to adjust to rules and people.
Because of this, he has to go to a hearing, and if he doesn't, he can't return to this school. His friends are furious, and are trying to protest against this. We see kids at our school do much worse things, and they only get warnings or suspensions.So, please help our cause.
