WE HAVE A PLACE HERE IN PORTSMOUTH, N.H. THAT ROTATE THEIR HORSES ON DAILY BASIS. SO, THAT THEY GET THE REQUIRED TIME TO GRAZE, AND RUN WITH THE OTHER HORSES. N.Y. IS A BIG ENOUGH STATE. IT SEEMS AS IF YOU WOULD HAVE SOMEPLACE FOR THEM.......THE TEMP'S HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE THIS YEAR. THESE POOR ANIMALS ARE OUT IN THIS HEAT W/O SHADE. WITH ALL OF THE HEAVY HARNESSES ON.
