| 107 | Anonymous | Anonymous | | | You are not only discriminating against good people but working as Hitler to with medical restrictions kill them off which in my eyes is a crime itself, who says you haven't saved murderers who do not smoke and killed people with your politically correct discriminations and medical limitations along with all the rest killed someone who would of made a big difference in society....good thing Jesus has come already the first time with you guys you'd figured another way to kill him....to discriminate and use the illnesses which are more often hereditary in cause such a COPD asthma and so on as excuses for your discrimination and health care limitations is even sicker than I am fellows, when did I wake up in Germany and since when did the war start ....why does obese people, transsexuals, drunks, diabetic, or others have the right to care and to live and not a smoker who respects your bans and pays their taxes as well as has a right to vote, the universal chart of human rights does however say I have rights yet I'm not getting them for you are egging on the cheerleaders by funding to harass and point out a personal choice, or habit. I believe in respecting the non smoker but hey where is my respect as well as right to care and life? |
| 108 | Anonymous | Anonymous | | CA | the worst thing the government could have done almost. To ban something legal from a place you have to be a legal age to be in dosnt make any sence. If you want to ban smoking from the bars, then they shouldnt be sold in the stores. Oh wait, but then the government wouldnt make billions of dollars off tobacco.... but they are sure losing cash of liquor sales now....and making it hard to make the money that supported families because of the lack of tips you make now cause no one is in the bars anymore. |

| 119 | Anonymous | Anonymous | | CA | The increased costs of our medical system is being placed on smokers, but the State of California has determined obesity is the greater cost to the system, yet I can be attacked for an addiction, by anyone on the street. What portion of my tax dollars assists smokers to quit? Heroin addicts, crytal meth, cocaine, are addictions that have many dollars thrown at, but smokers get a web site or a help line, they can call twice, yipee. |
