Because I am Native and depend so on our program, its cancellation is like cutting our lifeline. It's especially unfair because our producers were given the impression that the program was "safe". Once again we've been betrayed! |
| 56 | jose | tagle | NY | US | I am a chilean fan of C.O.R.N. The words of the original inhabitants of this land provide a space of great value in days when tolerance and wisdom are defied. Let them keep this warm place for all of us! |

It is time to honor those that have given us our Constitution of the United States and even the colors of our American Flag. Please open up your hearts and minds, and honor all Indigenous Tribes, for we are truely "One". |

I so much look forward to listening to Native America Calling, and I was so excited to find it on the internet. I have even used some of the discussions as starters for papers I have to do for my classes. Anyhow, here there is a program in New York, and you are thinking of cancelling it? Don't be ridiculous! People really want to hear what is going on with American Indians. If the show is not doing well for some reason, I'd bet the station hasn't been doing a very good job of promoting it. Please continue the programming! Now that I've found out about another American Indian program to listen to, I would really be disappointed to lose it. So please don't be silly. Keep this program on, and get busy telling people about it! OK? Good! |
