| 1298 | Joyce A. White | I am appalled by the proliferation of drugs being pushed onto ALL segments of the population. It is out of control. Senator Durbin was quick to have ephedrine removed from the marketplace, but he doesn't seem at all concerned by the dangerous drugs that the FDA approves. Putting our children on these drugs when we don't know the long-term ramifications is an absolute criminal act. I had a 17 year old grandson who committed suicide. He was not on any drugs, but he was listening to music that urged taking that action. This is also an issue that needs addressing. |
