| 155 | Erin Snyder | I haven't lived in Arlington that long, but as a resident of Northern Virginia all my life, let me just say that it's hard owning a dog in such a busy area with more traffic than most places - dogs and their owners need more space to roam free in a safe and secure environment - not less!! |
| 156 | Mary Henning | Please keep the dog park at 50% of the Park at 13th and Herndon streets. |

| 158 | Amanda Ulmen | I think that reducing the size of the dog park to 50% will be a BIG mistake. I can only speak for myself, but I know others feel the same...the dog park is the #1 reason why I moved into Shirlington. Has anyone from Arlington County's Parks and Recreation Commission been to the park on the week/ weekend to see how many dogs are at the park on ANY given day or time...this would be a great loss for the residents of Shirlington/ surrounding area! |

| 161 | Cheryl Concelman | Let's be fair. There are not many off-lead areas in Arlington County so let's preserve those that we have. Dog parks promote responsible ownership and allow dogs and their owners to reap some of the benefits of the taxes they pay.
I realize that the County has approved many plans to eliminate much of the green space in the county, but it is unfair to make any one group suffer as a result of the urban redevelopment of areas such as Clarendon. |
