So when I came across a show like jpod where it's absurdity is delightful and characters well balanced it drew my attention and I found a new level of respect for cbc's original Canadian content. I told all my friends about the show and what's unfortunate is that cbc like so many american stations lacked the patience to let JPod find its audience beyond one season. |

| 322 | James Cano | I find the show quite a delightful slice of absurdity, in the time honoured Canadian tradition. Cancelling it, for low ratings, in it's first season, because it had not been promoted is a foolish idea.
Two of the most popular sitcoms of all time, Friends and Seinfield, both had low ratings in their first seasons as well, and then, they became ratings juggernauts. Ergo, if jPod is given a chance, then perhaps it will also strike gold. |

Do you have any idea how many viewers you are upsetting? This is a terrible and regrettable mistake you are making. You could've livened up the CBC and had a target market in that 18 to 34 range that makes the media world drool. But no, sadly, a lack of insight and creative planning has lead to this cancellation. Just when I thought that I could depend on the CBC to bring me the Canadian made content my maple leaf heart desires you go and destroy my joy with your thoughtlesness. For shame for shame! :( :( |
