Darby LoveI don't usually follow anything on the CBC with such rapt attention. jPod is fantastic, so give it another season!
Rob RJPod is a brilliant show. CBC made their own mistake by moving JPod to Friday nights. This was done in favour of MVP. That show is a joke. "The Secret Lives of Hockey Wives". I love hockey, but even as an avid hockey nut, the idea is completely ridiculous. Come on CBC, smarten up and SAVE JPOD!!! Bring it back to Tuesday nights and the ratings will be as high as you want!

Scott TresidderJpod is a fantastic television show that's only beginning to be noticed for what it is...Pretty much everybody i know is watching this show and loving it. Showing 9 episodes and then cancelling it is hardly giving the show a chance. This show should continue to be produced and aired.
AnonymousI don't even own a TV and I watch jPod—either online or at a friend's place—every week.
Michael BoyesThis is the best show that you have ever aired and the only one that I would watch every week without fail. To cancel such a great show would be a real loss for Canadian Television, and my fellow viewers. Just promote it more and give it a better time slot. It will find it's audience.
HannahJpod is an amazing show, and there are so many people who love it, you cannot cancel it!

AnonymousJPOD IS AMAZING. GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE.
Kim EnglishThis is one of the only new shows right now that I really look forward to watching every week. It was the most original and un-hollywood-tained series I've seen in a long time.

Ian DAlan Thicke's best work in years. CBC loses cred if the get rid of this.
Joel SThe best comedy on TV! PLEASE RECONSIDER!!!
Cori NichollsPlease keep Jpod going. It has been a long time since there was anything worth watching on TV and Jpod is it. CBC - please rethink the cancellation!
Torrance CoombsThe show hasn't been allowed to realize its full potential, from a creative or an audience standpoint. It was really just getting going.
AnonymousPlease save this show . It is excellent.
KirkjPod is, in my opinion, the best TV show airing at the moment. Even with US shows in full swing, jPod would still remain in my top 5 shows to watch, and probably in 3rd! I am massively disappointed that this show has been axed - CBC sure know how to disgruntle their viewers!
Alannahplease!
Kevin Deane-FreemanJPod is finally something different, and CBC did it. Dig it and support it instead of casting it aside in order to purchase more american reality programming. Leave that to the feeder stations.
Julian TraficantejPod is easily one of the best shows on television today; cancelling it is a huge loss.
Anthony PucciCanadian television has always been bad, its nationalistic goals to show the history of Canada and what Canadians are have completely missed the point and are dull, uninteresting and are way off the mark. Its bad enough that the CRTC requires a quota of Canadian content leaving television stations to fill their quotas with horrible television. Jpod is a fresh breath of air that actually represents Vancouver's largest post production and game design industry, not to mention the ability to actually have a tangible fan base, because honestly, movies about native tribes are the biggest snore i've ever watched. If Canada wants the slightest of a chance of competing with American television, it needs to take a chance on a new series. What do you have to lose?

Karen BurkeDon't cancel jPOD!! It's the only show worth watching on CBC!
AnonymousWhy? (head shake) why would the only intelligent AND funny show the CBC has ever made be canceled? Get with it dinosuars people under 40 watch TV too... and pay taxes!
Julia Del RejPod is a rare gem and CBC should not be so quick to cancel it.
Carla DickofThis is a great show and I watch it along with several of my friends ever single week. I'm not sure why it is being canceled but it is phenomenal and lots of people watch it who maybe don't have access to typical rating related equipment
Sandi Johnston-YuI am frustrated that finally an original and high quality show was broadcast on CBC and ultimately doomed to fail in the friday night spot. I'm angry that a production that supported Canadian talent at a time when American drivel reigns is cancelled due to "low audience numbers". Where are these numbers coming from? Take a look at Facebook groups and discussion boards. http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=20478128136 This is your audience. There's another generation you are overlooking and this is the untapped audience you are now dissapointing with the cancellation of shows like jPod and Intelligence. Wake up and join the year 2008 people! jPod has the potential to go for years with a larger audience than you can fathom. Bring it back and everybody wins. You are a Canadian broadcaster not an American garbage tv regurgitator. As soon as you realize this you will finally get the audience you've been looking for. People are bored with the crap that's on tv now. Be an innovator. Raise the bar in the minds and hearts of the Canadian audience and change our low expectations. This is in your power.

AnonymousjPOD is the best show to date, with each episode always intriguing the viewers at the end with some sort of cliffhanger.
Casey WilsonI thought CBC was supposed to be about how awesome Canada was (aka jPod), not how trashy it was (aka secret lives of hockey wives? Come ON, people!)
Sarah JensenJPod is not only the best Canadian show on television, but the best show period. Cancelling it is a shame. It should be brought back and shown on a night it's audience is actaully home. Moving it to Friday nights was about as intelligent to playing Dora the Explorer at 2am and wondering why it's ratings aren't as good as they used to be.
jennifer lacroixjPod is a show that deserves a chance to be seen and to be adopted by the Canadian public. The only way to do that is to air it and continue it!
Kevin JensenSave JPod!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
jade langanShame on CBC
Lynn GreenCBC this show is intelligent, fresh and funny! It is the best television show my husband and I have watched in many years. Please rethink your decision to cancel it. Give it a chance!
MichelleThis is the best show CBC has produced in years! Keep this masterpiece on the air!!!
Marnina HerrmannI was extremely upset about hearing about the cancellation of jpod. It is a brilliant show- loved by many and it is extremely upsetting that it should fail because CBC is unable to properly understand its target demographic. My generation doesn't sit at home on a Friday night to watch TV- in fact many of us don't watch TV at all when we can just as easily stream something online. It is not that Jpod does not have the fan base to make it a successful show, but rather that CBC does not understand the viewing habits of the demographic. Maybe if CBC took a little time to do market research it would see that viewers are there. Maybe CBC should only stream the show, put commercials in the online episodes and make it an online show. Don't destroy the best show on TV.

Jess W.Clearly this is a fantastic show.
James McDonaldI can't believe you want to cancel the best show in this entire season line-up. What is wrong with you?
Jaimie Banksgive jpod a chance! GREAT show.

Sarah HoylandI must admit that this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to advocate a petition of any sort related to the media industry. However upon learning that the show jPod has been cancelled by the CBC, I must admit my serious disappointed in the public institution that purports itself to be an adamant proponent of Canadian culture and media. jPod is the quintessential collaboration of current Canadian artists. From the literary contributions of Douglas Coupland, to the cast of phenomenal Canadian talent, this show delivers an entirely Canadian experience in a vehicle that is most importantly relatable and appealing to its audience. The premise of jPod is one which has immediate international appeal to the 20 to 30 something demographic. What reason could one justify the cancellation of such a medium so rich in our culture and perfectly capable of succeeding in rivalry against any similar American or British programming aired against it? Apart from any political motivation (ahem. C10) to consider this is simply preposterous. I am ashamed of the CBC. Cancellation of jPod poses a serious setback in its pursuit of relevance with the under 30 market.
Stuart GallowayIt was such a great show. I tried to get people to watch, but many are not home on Friday nights. Watching online was a great idea.
Christine
Jason CousineauI'm not really sure what to say, other than the fact that JPOD is the only show on TV i watch aside from The Hour. Please don't cancel it, move its time slot if you need, but please put it back into production.
Brian NorthPlease save this wonderful show!
