| 670 | melinda moore | I have a doc. note because I get skin cancer. my daughter recently got 2 tickets while driving my car even though she showed the notes. even with me getting skin cancer the law doesnt protect me. the items they have to put in the windows for temp, which is okay with the law are not adequate. both my daughter and i have excelent driving records. I am going to go before the judge for the tickets. any suggestions. and yes I want the law changed for all....... |

My suggestion is give this "small" issue a big exposure, write to every source you know, from media, to blog, to Skin Cancer Prevention Orgainization, to your Congress person, heck even to the President. Make sure you emphasize on the positive side of environmental effect and health effect and point out the inavailability of the film and hassle from the cop. Visit http://www.skincancer.org/ for recommended film, PS not all are suitable for CA. |
