Mick Reynolds | Lets make 2012 memorable for all the right reasons and give the next generation of athletes an uplift.
Russell Grant | Can we get around the politics for a change and have a UNITED Kingdom FC - how ridiculous to have all this money spent to stage the Olympics and then we don't take part in the football!!!! How crazy is that?

Anonymous | we should be represented in every sport as the host nation, that includes football. Obviously as long as our standard is up to scratch to seriously challenge for medals!
Philip Steinson | This matter is really above politics - its about representation in football of the whole of Great Britain - not just the individual countries.

wizzy osico | i need a team to play for.
Chris Gunn | We need a joint team because we can win it. who cares if it woould be mainly english players, England makes up more of the uk so there would be more of a chance there would be more english players in the team and for the other countries not wanting to play incase they lose there individual right as an independent footballing country that is the most stupid thing i've ever heard, like the FA will just accept the fact we would have to play as one team.
