Hire competent executives at Bell

The petition

We need competent executives to run this company. Inaction of the CEO and incompetence of the President of Bell-operations has resulted in loss of market share and has allowed competetion to grow while Bell twists in the wind. Sabbia indicated in 2003 that the future for Bell was IP and he has essentially done zero for past 5 years. Big push now is five years late-what has he been doing? Pichette has invested in the wrong equipment for IP and we are now pushing to upgrade the network. Pichette is also not a very skilled negotiator. What a great way to piss off your workforce Patrick.
