Beachler | yesterday my girlfriend and I were "rousted" of the beach at Turkey Point, in Franklin County, Fl, by a Fla Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officerwho was off duty, uniformed, and in the employ of St. Joes Development Corp. A written warning was issued on State provided stationary- W 416175, inspection/warning form. Prior to the beginning of the development known as Summercamp, there had been a dirt road providing public access to the beach. There is currently a single family dwelling being built on the dunes with erosion coming to the foundation. Any suggestions as to whom I should contact to remedy this situation? Thanks |
