The exsisting zoning is a one-story brick and frame home in the Single Family Residential District. The request is the planned development to creat 3 single family residential lots, in an area to allow the construction of 2 new single family homes, including the renovation of existing home within the Outline Plan. This petition will be offered to the residents of the neighborhood of the planned rezoning site. |
