This petition has been designed to stop all American support of the French economy. Since the controversy over Iraq has begun, France has been an outspoken opponent against the United States. This opposition is disgusting since it is our country that defended and liberated France and the rest of Europe during two world wars. During these wars, many American soldiers lost their lives in France, and they owe it to us to support us on the controversial issue in Iraq.
However, since France has shown no support, and has been so outspoken against the United States, we, as Americans, must do something about it. That is why this petition is aiming at banning all the French food and products imported into the United States. As long as France shows opposition to us politically, they do not deserve to receive any support from us economically. This is especially due to the fact their interests in Iraq are also dictated by the economic status in the country.
This petition will be sent to Senator John Sununu, Senator Judd Gregg, and Representative Charles Bass; all of them representing the state of New Hampshire. Hopefully, these representatives will propose a bill in either the Senate or the House of Representatives that bans all French food and products imported into the United States. |

I, Mike Fulton, am the individual sponsoring this petition. I am from the state of New Hampshire, and that is why I will send this petition to representatives from New Hampshire. I strongly support our great President and believe that France's actions against us are disgusting and should not be tolerated. |
