Californian\'s have by and large ruined their state. Now they come to our states by the millions, they create property inflation, and the pollution from their wildfires hurts our air quality. Not anymore. We can put a stop to California with this: \"It\'s your bed, lay down in it\" approach to their... migration. Loud and clear we can tell them, \"We don\'t want you in our states, and when you can\'t control your pollution expect a bill\". We purpose a border fence along the California border. By keeping all Californians in their state we can examine the failures of Socialism\'s Cancer within the political system. Left over fencing can be used to fence in Utah as well, then we\'ll have Joe Arpaio guard everything.
