To the Executive Board of the Peachtree City Youth Soccer Association (PTCYSA):

It has come to the attention of the undersigned members of PTCYSA that the Executive Board should consider establishing Bryan Moore in the position of Technical Director for PTCYSA. The Technical Director of Coaching should be responsible for Coach, Trainer, Player and Team development directly and through directives to the Directors of Coaching.
