To the Australian Government to give 0.7%

The petition

This petition is to the Australian Government. In the beginning, I thought, how can a thirteen year old girl do anything? But I decided to try. Australia is not a poor country, however, there are many poor countries out there who need help. Their citizens are starving! Poverty.com has created an international aid solution. For every $100 earned, 70cents will be donated to people in need. It's equivalent to 0.7%. Thats not much, a modern country like Australia can do that. Here are the countries that have agreed: Sweden, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, UK, Belgium, Austria, France, Finland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece. Here are the remaining six countries : Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and the US. These are all developed countries, and it is their duty to help the people in poverty who are living on this world.
