| 754 | Donna Bruschi | PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! There is such a vibrant, wonderful populace here who would love a greenmarket. I can't think of a place in all of the city that would more wholly embrace and patronize a green market. |

| 774 | Ryan Anthony Donaldson | The need for a Greenmarket in Astoria is great. As a new resident to the area, the establishment of a weekly or even monthly market with a connection to local farms and fresh food would be quite a housewarming gift! From my conversations with other people who live in Astoria, I believe there would be a dedicated customer base. This model has served other communities in Queens and Brooklyn quite well, so perhaps the time is ripe for Astoria's chance? Thank-you for your consideration.

Business will spill over into neighboring shoppes, cafes and restaurants. This is a win-win opportunity for all involved. Thank you for putting this on the Astoria Agenda. |
