| 677 | Tara Whitworth | The site of that accident is SO busy - major entrance to a shopping center - that it is incredible that an officer would choose to turn off siren and lights and run a light.....that officer was negligent in the highest degree and this law needs to change! |

| 686 | Lisa Colletti | I was broadsided by a U.S. Capitol Police officer who ran a red light with no siren in 1991. My only witness was my passenger. I am lucky to be alive. I am very very sorry to hear about your daughter. My complaint went to a tribunal council trial and the officer was found not guilty. I have extreme anger about the justice in this matter and I had to pay to have my own car fixed. |

| 692 | Anonymous | So sorry to read about the loss of your daughter.
I fully agree with the idea that all emergency vehicle operators drive in a controlled way and in no way should the driver proceed through a red light without sirens and flashing lights. |
| 693 | brian lounsbury | i support the ashley law. its a very tragic case and i feel for the victims family as well as the officer involved. hoping a change in the law avoids this from occuring again. |
| 694 | helen lounsbury | A reasonable and very needed law. thanks for doing this. so sorry about the tragic loss of a young, precios life! |
| 695 | Anonymous | What happen is really terrible. We can understand emergencies but better to use cautions. Reforming some Laws can make this world a better place. God bless you. |
