If you're signing the petition, you're either directly, or indirectly affected by Chow Kah Soon's lawsuit threat on Rojaks.blogspot.com. Stated hereunder are the cases that might relate to you.
Case 1: Being one of the Rojaks readers, I'm threatened to lose the daily plate of rojaks due to legal actions which might be taken against the site - on no grounds and no clear cause at all.
Case 2: You're not happy with the way Kahsoon.com manages/creates his website's contents. His 'copy and paste' (plagiarism) content, without crediting nor linking back to the source - which is deemed illegal by the Internet law.
Case 3: Illegal use of personal photos of female bloggers on his HottestBlogger.com website. Photo owners should be contacted and permission be granted before posting their image/photo up for use his website. Photo owners should claim legal (image right) fees against Kahsoon's Hottestblogger.com
