You will pay $40 and find out the seat you "reserved" belongs to someone else!!! 2) ALL TANGO FLIGHTS (WHICH ARE ALL THE FLIGHTS OPERATING WITHIN CANADA) ARE NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE. What does this mean? I wrote emails to Air Canada explaining that I do not have vacation time b/c I am a physician and they told me (in so many words) that I should have closely read the terms of the agreement. There is one solution to be fair ... FOR AN EXTRA $50 YOU CAN EXTEND THE EXPIRY DATE OF YOUR CREDIT FOR 90 DAYS. Lets not forgot the fact YOU WILL BE CHARGED $150 FOR RE BOOKING A FLIGHT (which you will do on your own time on the internet). The response to one of my emails is they wish to be fair to other customers who encountered "similar" problems in the past. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING A FLIGHT!!! |
| 1354 | alaa | i had a bad experienced with aircanada this year i travelled with my 2 months baby and i reserved a bassint , when i was in check in counter i was suprised that all the bassints was reserved for others who are the members and travel usually in air canada is that fair ?????? i have 2 flights on this day AC 7 Hrs to london and from london to kuwait ??? and the other issue about the stroller policy ?? why i can not bring my prego stroller to the plane why i have to buy 2 strolllers ? while prego is small when you close it .. |
