THIS PETITION IS IN REGARDS TO THE UNSUBSTANTIATED AND INJUST DECISION COURTENAY CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS PASSED TO REMOVE ATOMIC TATTOO`S AND BODY PIERCING
LICENSE TO OPERATE BY MARCH 10,2008. THIS TREATMENT OF OWNERS SEAN BERGSTROM AND SHEILA HENNESSY IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND HAS DEFAMED THEIR NAMES AND REPUTATION IN THE COMMUNITY.MR BERGSTROM
WAS PRESENT AT THE MEETING TO REPRESENT HIMSELF BUT WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPPERTUNITY TO SPEAK,AS FALSELY STATED.

WE SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS AND REQUEST THE COUNCIL MEMBERS TO REVERSE THEIR DECISION TO REMOVE ATOMIC TATTOO`S AND BODY PIERCING`S BUSINESS LICENSE.
