Thomas Watson | In the past contracting out services has cost the province more money than keeping them within the ministries.
Alicia Czekierda | Our public services are terrible and getting worse under this current government. A stop to needs to be done and have these important people doing the jobs.

Anonymous | as a person who travels a NW ON highway every day to travel to work I have already seen the detrioration and the SLOWNESS in getting our highways plowed in the winter. This in turn results in more accidents, missed work time and other unforseen future problems. I believe that ONLY those companies that reside in a region and know what to expect and how to handle and maintain that particular part of a highway should be under contracts and even then...those contracts should NOT be longer than 3 years in length.

Anonymous | our provincial hiways are a mess. Try driving down hwy 24 from Brantford to Simcoe, you need an ATV! Speedbumps are the norm. The weeds are never cut and it's a shame!
Eduardo Almeida | Privatize our politicians, that way we wouldn’t have to wait 4 to 5 years to fire them
Nancy Pridham | Privatization of one service, as we have seen, is only the beginning of the privatization of all our services. Stop now, before you destroy Ontario and all it can be in the future.

You're comparing apples to organges when you use New Zeland as your model. The tax payers have aready payed enough with the "Out Sourcing" or should I say privatization of maintenance and engineering. Ask the front line workers and not the puppets if you want to know the truth. Quit hiding your heads. |
Anonymous | I believe it is absolutely essential that, we support the upkeep and maintenance of our Canadian parks. Once gone, due to neglect, it will be too late & costly to recover, as per so many other items we have already experienced due to neglect in the past & unfortunately now showing, it's ugly and in many instances, unhealthy results. Support is mandatory and required right now for this particular issue, let us try to do something about it. Stated above, is the least I can provide/do, to show my interest in some way to make our future bright and free of decay.

Allen Kirby | Last thing we need is another expensive 407 type hwy! Learn from mistakes made in the past.
Colleen Williams | I know of a person who was driving on Hwy # 407 and had an accident. 407 billed the person $21,000 in damages to signs and that persons insurance company said it does not cover that claim as it is on private property. They are presently arguing the insurance company. Makes you question using the highway b/c of this.
