| 174 | Anonymous | It's obvious that privatization gets the public NOWHERE! Job security is being affected for long term employees, quality of service for the public, and the list goes on and on. How long does the public have to suffer with job cuts, pay cuts, and eliminating jobs and service? Enough is enough! That is why Central North Correctional Centre has returned to the Public Sector... it can't turned into a made for profit organization......there are no products to sell, there is no supply and demand, and no profits to be made. Private companies have proved that the quality of staff and services cannot be matched with the quality of the public sector. The public is sick and tired of having its services comprimised at the cost of the government saving a few bucks! The only cost is to the people! Leave public services alone!!!!!!! |

| 178 | john d soulliere | this government has not shown a level of competence which would lead me to believe they are acting in our best interest.its nothing more than satisfying the wishes of private enterprises greed(hyw 407 project is an example....)...greed which feeds on PROFIT! These enterprises aren't doing these projects as a public service, they have investors who expect to see a return. |
