I came from the private sector. Over 12 years of being in the consulting side AND the contractor side has shown inadequacy to provide quality work.
Money is the driving force behind this. With government overseeing the work, we are looking for quality - not cheating the system to make more money for ourselves.
Private companies cheat the system. I've seen it.
A government job is the last bastion of a REAL workplace. I am proud to have finally landed a spot within the government. |
