| 803 | Laura Perry | Sheriff Hutchison, you need to allow others to help. What can it hurt.Do it for Johnia Berry, so she may rest in peace. |
| 804 | Amanda Rouse | I think it is absolutely necessary to let AMW air this story, it will help bring in new leads and offer new eyes to look at the case. |

| 808 | Anonymous | What is the harm in letting America's Most Wanted showcase this murder? What is there have been similar cases in other states that might spark new leads even if the suspect is still believed to be in Knoxville? At least give the Berry family that satisfaction please. |
| 809 | Leslie Lowe | If the sheriff's child were murdered, I am sure he would NEED Americas Most Wanted to help him. |

| 813 | Cheryl DeWitt | Johnia was one of my best friends, and I urge you to allow America's Most Wanted to air her case. |
| 814 | Tonya Ward-Kiser | Please get help for this family in solving this murder. |
| 815 | sherrie carter | Please cooperate with this campaign. I am a family memeber of a murder victim and while finding the killer will not bring back the loved one, it will start a healing process that is so needed by the families. Do what is right!! |
| 816 | Karen Oliver | Johnia was so sweet and innocent, please bring her justice by finding her killer by any means possible. |
| 817 | nikki roberts | |
| 818 | Anonymous | Please cooperate with AMW. The more who investigate, the faster this case can be closed. |

| 825 | Jennifer Berry | I'm urging you to please put this on America's Most Wanted. I know if this was your child you would want everything done in God's Power and you can make this happen. Please help this family and not turn your head, I have voted for you and I would hope I made a right choice but I'm starting to think I made a bad choice. |
| 826 | Jason Rudd | Let this air |
| 827 | Angelyn Hartless | |
| 828 | Tina Moore | I cannot believe that the Sherriff's department wouldnt want help with this case. I think Mr. Hutchinson needs to set aside whatever is keeping him from allowing help to come in and help to solve this case. |
| 829 | Tamara Gentry | I was born and raised in Knoxville, Tn, but now reside in Ringgold, GA. I have heard about this case and as a mother and grandmother I feel deeply for this family. My prayers go up for them and all involved. It seems to me that America's Most Wanted could only be beneficial, no matter where the killer may be. America's Most wanted contributes greatly in cases getting solved. I pray you will be prayerful about their offer to help. As a parent and a grandparent, I would certainly want all of the help I could get if this had been my daughter, son or grandchild. I will be praying for you and the tremendous responsibility you have. I will also be praying that the Lord will help you to make right decissions, to open the doors he wants you to walk through and close the ones he does not. In living life, I try to ask myself, "is it right" in whatever decissions I make.
Blessings,
Tamara Gentry |
| 830 | Caroline Mayes | PLEASE help this grieving family by doing everything in your power. Do NOT let your pride stand in the way of asking for help, Mr. Hutchison. Refusing to cooperate immediately with programs that are PROVEN to aid in captures is showing your community that you aren't willing to do whatever necessary to capture a killer. |
| 831 | samantha dines | I don't understand your lack of cooperation. Don't you want to catch this person? |
| 832 | Larry D. Henderson | Yes, please Sheriff do this. Let's catch the inbred scumbag who murdered that poor girl! |
| 833 | CHRISTI DANIELS | YOU WOULD THINK THE SHERRIFS DEPT WOULD BE WILLING TO DO A LITTLE MORE. GOOD LUCK WOTH EVERYTHING. |

| 836 | QUINITA FLOYD | i would be more than glad to sign this petition , because if it were me in this situation i would want the same support from people and all the help i can get, i have a small daughter and she is my only daughter beside two sons and if it were her or any of my children i would ask the community and surrounding areas for the same response into helping me , i sincerely hope this can be solved , but never give up hope GOD always finds a way to bring justice to the light . what happens in the dark definetely comes to the light, believe that always |
| 837 | Anonymous | It can't hurt, and may even help catch this person and bring them to justice, before they hurt or kill again. |
| 838 | Anonymous | I would think with the success of AMW the sheriff would welcome the help with open arms. More so with the focus around the country on cold cases |
| 839 | Robert S. O'Hara | I am a retired police investigator and have delt with other agencies on several occasions. It is no secret that local, county, state and federal agencies do not want to give up control. It is a power thing.
With elections coming up, RIGHT NOW is the time to hit the media with the story to pressure the sheriff to ask for help from the other agencies. Let the people know he is not doing his job and let him know that you are spreading the word. He is an elected official who does not appear to be doing his job. You have nothing to loose as he is not cooperating anyway. Make him swallow his political pride, it only takes a phone call for him to get assistance from other agencies which may have more and better resources to accomplish a more thorough investigation.
Don't forget you also have state officials that can be pressured also. You may want to contact the attorney general, top law enforcement officer of your state, for help. Remember the sheriff is not the final word.
God luck. |
