5	Charlette Bledsoe	Pet abuse is only the beginning of a very troubled mind. Pet abuse usually evolves to human abuse. These thugs and all future ones need to know that abuse to a living, breathing animal is no different than abuse to a living, breathing person. If capital punishment was in effect, fewer people would commit crimes and we could begin going back outside and enjoying life rather than being scared everytime you have to travel the streets of Memphis because of people like this. The Mayor certainly doesn't care so can't you?

10	Anonymous	People who mistreat animals are evil and need to be taken off the streets. That puppy did not deserve what they did and my heart aches for the pain she is going through. People who organize dog fights, and the people who pay to watch dog fights are in the same category as the two who set fire to this puppy. Let them be treated the same way they treat dogs and lets see how they like it. They deserve a harsh penalty and I hope they get it.

Also, what would be more helpful, is to use and envelope or 1/2 a sheet of paper, print or type your name, address and your signature below. These can be dropped off at the Farm Road Humane Society. These signatures can be used at the August 14th court hearing for these un-humans that committed this horrendous crime. There is a meeting on August 11th (evening) at the Farm Rd. Humane Society.
