MY HUSBANDS EX-WIFE HAS PERJURED IN COURT NUMEROUS TIMES AS WELL AS WITH POLICE, CHILD WELFARE ECT.. DOES NOT PAY CHILD SUPPORT, HAS USED THE KIDS OVER & OVER. RUINED OUR CREDIT WITH PILES OF BILLS. LEFT US WITH OVER $10,000.00 IN LEGALS. STABBED BOYFRIEND IN FRONT OF KIDS, DRUG/ALCOHOL PROBS. UNSTABLE-JUDGE WILL NOT GIVE US SOLE CUSTODY AND IGNORES OUR PLEAS TO END THIS CASE SHE STARTED. OTHER CASE IS OVER MY GRANDMA & HER $$$$$$$. MY MOTHER & SISTER GAVE FALSE TESTIMONY (AGAIN) HAD SHERRIFFS BUST IN OUR HOME & REMOVE MY GRANDMA (MANY OTHER HORROR STORIES ATTACHED TO THIS ONE) AND HAVE BEEN IN COURT SINCE. GET THIS THE INDIANA COURTS HAVE NOT HONORED MY GRANDPARENTS TRUST & WILL IN ANY WAY. THE LEGAL SYSTEM HAS TAKEN ABOUT $80,000.00 OF OUR FAMILY'S MONEY. LOTS MORE INFO, BOTH CASES STILL HANGING OVER OUR HEADS EATING OUR MONEY & TIME. WE HAVE TONS OF EVIDENCE TO DISPROVE ALL FALSE VERBAL TESTIMONY ALLEGATIONS BUT THE JUDGES IGNORE OUR SIDE. WE ALSO ARE GOING TO DO A PETITION TO CHANGE LAWS. THE JUDGES ARE UNINFORMED AND SEEM TO LIVE IN A BUBBLE WORLD WHERE THEY ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING. WE ARE OF TIRED JUDGES WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT US MAKING VERY SERIOUS, LITERALLY LIFE & DEATH DECISIONS FOR OUR LIFE!!!Flag

She is a young mother fighting valiantly to protect the rights of her 5 year old daughter. The father, who is a level 2 alcoholic, has multiple DUI's and has not been paying child support ... the hideous list goes on ... is having a field day dragging this through the judicial system and exploiting all of its loopholes. They say our children are safe in illinois and they just might be but they are not safe in our courthouses thats a fact. I watched a judge give visitation to a man after he was charged for brutally beating the mother of his child, and went the mother went in an uproar, the judge told her she could arrange for the father to pick the child up from a police station..Isnt that cute..I really hope dick durbin and lisa madigan step up soon in this matter, because I too want to see my child safe from his estranged father somewhere out there.Good luck..Flag

Name: TONYA McGREGOR on Aug 25, 2005State: ILCountry: USComments: here is one for you mr durbin judge baron of will county courts said to prove something other than the conviction of solicitation of murder to the boys father why the mother shouldn't get visitation unsupervised. come on this case in will county here it is go there and read it 98 D 1823 johnson vs mcgregor he had supervised visitation in 99 per the divorce degree for no reason just because she wanted him to come to her house now she hires a man pays him money grand jury indicts her and she pleads guilty to a felony 1 solicitation and you are going to tell me the judge has the right to give visitation of minor child even though she was supposibly in a drunken state and made wrong choices she hasn't seen the boy in over a year but for 3 hours and he come back violent. where did we go wrong and why are we majorily the child in jeapordy and being punished when she is the convicted felon. mchenry county state of illinois vs johnson mackay and brown lake in the hills conspiracey. protect the children and quit making the parent that has custody pay all there money to fight make a simple but forced law soon the children are the only ones hurting here!!!!!!!!1Flag

He threatened to put loans on the house he doesnt own, continually degrades my mother in letters to me.. doesnt pay any child support. Said its his lifes goal to make our life a living hell. He would cut the phone lines rip credit cards up all this stuff in order to terify. I refuse to visit someone like this. I dont care what the court says "best interests of the child" im sure my interests arent to be terrified. Like your son id rather run away and sleep outside.Flag
