It is cheaper to provide sick days and allow employees to heal properly then it is to have systems that encourage sick people to go to work, spread illness further and only seek health care when it the symptoms are so acutely serious that it requires more then just preventative care.Flag

Name: Nancy Pfaff on Apr 29, 2009Comments: A lot of companys dont have health Insurance, or you have to wait a period of 1 to 2 years to get health Insurance. So explain how these perople can go to the doctor with out health Insurance, with not having the money to fork out for the visit or doctor. I see it in all companys. If your a big person that just sits at a desk, while others are working hard, you get to go home and still be paid for it!Flag

Name: Shatina Patterson on Apr 30, 2009Comments: I understand that people are expected to stay home when sick, but when there is no option for paid sick days, then they are more proned to go to work, to make a full pay check. Therefore, infecting everyone they come in contact with. Please help us in helping others get the paid sick days they deserve, so they can care for themselves. In turn they will be healthier to care for their families.Flag
