The Company Mod Chem India Pvt. Ltd.,Mumbai,CIN U24240MH1998PTC116250,has sold out its Trade Mark 'MORE LIGHT'.Also,after this Bank Of India Andheri(W) Mumbai had seized the factory campus at Gujarat.Also,the Registered office of the company has dissolved.
We were creditors in this Company and the company is not returning back our Deposit.So,we have filed this petition.
