We the people of these united states do hereby petition the members of congress and the president and vice president of the united states of america to surrender their rights and priviledges to all access to government run healthcare programs immediately and without prejudice, until such time as they bestow upon us the same rights and privilidges contained in house bill hr676 or some similar legislation that gives every citizen of these united states the same access to healthcare that they now enjoy, at our expense.
