    Comments: Why was it announced that all plans provided by bsnl would be automatically upgraded and then we the 900UL+ subcribers have been left out,this is a criminal offence,under the cosnsumer acts and violation of my fundemental rights. i seek an immeadiate redessal of this above mentioned injustice. I fully endorse this petition.

    Comments: this is absolutely wrong. other plan users are paying less for limited dwnld and still get unlimited dwnld in happy hrs. while UL900 plan users pay much more. and now they are getting such good speeds of 2Mbps. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING. BSNL WILL LOOSE ALL THE UNLIMITED USERS THIS WAY> IF THEY DONT INCREASE SPEED i`m LEAVING THIS PLAN.
