WE THE UNDERSIGNED:

Reject the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation's plans to list the names of those brave and innocent victims who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 and on February 26, 1993 in no discernable order. Instead we support the thousands of 9/11 family members, friends, survivors and fellow Americans who witnessed these historic attacks and who want them properly remembered.

Agree with the 9/11 families that the arrangement of names at the WTC Memorial must answer the following questions: What was the victim's name? How old was he/she? Where did he/she work? Where was he/she on 9/11?

Agree that the names must be arranged so that we can find them without the use of outside devises such as kiosks. Civilians should be grouped and identified by their affiliation and listed alphabetically within them. Uniformed services personnel (including airline crew) should be grouped and identified by their affiliation and listed in rank order with their rank designations preceding their names. Additionally, all victims should be identified by age.

Call upon the Governor, the Mayor and directors of the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation board to listen to the thousands of relatives whose losses are undiminished by time, including the more than 1,100 families whose loved one's remains were never identified and who were denied a final resting place, and whose pain will be increased by a memorial that erases who their loved ones were in life, and to reject the Mayor's proposed listing of names and implement the Family Names Proposal as depicted on www.savethe911memorial.org
